Important Information on your Balance Transfer
Balance transfers must be made within 60 days of account opening to benefit from the promotional interest rates (subject to your available credit): 0% on amounts up to £5,000 until 1st August 2005 and 6.9% on amounts over £5,000 until paid in full. On 1st August 2005 the balance on your Barclaycard (excluding cash advances) will revert to our standard balance purchase rate, typically 14.5% APR. Whilst this balance is outstanding , any payment you make to the account will be applied in reducing your promotional balance before your standard balance.
